Aileron founder Don Letsch had his pilot’s license at age 16. Being in the air is natural to him. He named his company Aileron after a device that controls the direction of a plane because he carefully controls the direction of his company.
A veteran of land development and acquisition, Don wants to make sure the experience for the seller is one of fairness and respect. “Because your property means so much to you, you have to make sure the people buying it are people you genuinely like and trust. There are always some bumps in the road no matter what people promise. Make sure you sell to someone local and someone who will help you face-to-face,” Don advises.
