Determining a Fair Price
Since we are looking for property with unique features, the value of your property is determined by several factors. For example, a beautiful area with trees and amenities is more attractive than something simpler.

Location
Some areas of the city are more in demand than others. If your property is in a high demand or attractive area, that will be a big factor in our interest and offer.

Size
As to how big your property is or how many other properties are close by, there’s no set standard. Sometimes smaller — and denser — is better. In other properties a larger size presents more opportunities.

Water / Wetland
What usually matters more is what you see in the landscape — a cluster of mature trees, a pond or wetlands, a nearby creek, or rolling terrain. These kinds of visual features make a difference in property value.

Mature Setting
Aileron specializes in two kinds of property. One is land that is open with no existing buildings. The other is single-family homes where there is an opportunity to make improvements to make the property even more valuable.

Whether you are considering planning for the future or would like to get serious about making a transition, we can help. Enter the code on your mailing and find out more about what makes your property special.
